Born in Werneck, Germany, Mr. Meining completed a nearly four year piano technician apprenticeship at the famous Ed Seiler factory in Kitzingen. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, Wolfgang began work at the Karl Lang Piano Haus in Munich, now known as "Steinway Haus Munchen". That relationship lasted fifteen years, when in the year 2000 he decided to move to Toronto, Canada to begin work as an independent piano technician. Since 2005, Mr. Meining has been the president of Ivories.ca, a company that prides itself on offering it's customers the highest quality piano repair, restoration, tuning and refinishing service available in the Greater Toronto Area. Recently Ivories.ca expanded into also offering a fine selection of fully restored high-end upright and grand pianos, from such prestigeous companies as Steinway & Sons, Heinzman & Co and C.Bechstein.
